The Resistance are those who stand against the Empire,mainly composed of Dalmascans, Bhujerbans and anyone else willing fight. So it is a scrappy bunch of fighters determined to protect what they believe in with all their hearts. The resistance is in talks with they Rozzarian army (the largest force still with a chance of defeating the Archadians) to help them, before Dalmasca becomes the battleground between the two.

| Description: | You play as Reks right at the beginning of the game, he is Vaans older brother and eager to defend his country. He is part of the group that was to rescue the King during the treaty signing, but is mortally wounded in the process. He was later captured and accused of partaking in the Kings death - he was physically and mentally tortured to the point where he was incapable of coherent speech. He managed to explain what he witnessed to Vaan before dying sometime after. | |

He is also a great millitary strategist knowing where the Empire's forces are whilst keeping his from jumping the gun. | |
